Most Xbox controllers made after the Xbox One S include Bluetooth. Look for the controllers with the smooth, plastic face around the Xbox button, rather than the older, rough, and segmented one.

Xbox One controller models from the Xbox One S onwards have Bluetooth. This includes the Xbox One S, Xbox One X, and Xbox Series X/S controllers.

All the newer ones! Check for the all-plastic front design with no separate plastic around the Xbox button to be sure. I've connected mine to my phone and tablet without issues.
