I've got my PS5 cranking at around 100 Mbps and it's buttery smooth. No lag, fast downloads, and I’m always the first to load into matches.

From my personal experience, if you aim for at least 50 Mbps, you won't have to worry about slow downloads or laggy gameplay. I’ve been enjoying seamless gaming with that speed.
