In my experience, evenings around 7pm to 9pm work really well because folks are relaxing after dinner and scrolling through Facebook.
Hot take: Great content > perfect timing. Post when you feel inspired!
Weekends, especially Saturday between 12pm and 2pm. People have more free time and are more relaxed.
I read somewhere that Wednesdays around 11am are prime time. Midweek slump means more people are scrolling.
