Personally, I think Lunala edges out because of its high DPS as a Psychic/Ghost type. It’s a beast in PvP battles!

Both are awesome, but Solgaleo brings some serious heat with its Psychic/Steel typing. It's a great counter to many raid bosses!

Lunala is better, hands down. It has superior stats for PvP and its moveset is more versatile.

I always have more luck with Solgaleo for raids. Its Steel typing gives it extra resistance against common raid bosses.
