If you want to make quick work of Cliff, just roll in with some strong Fighting types like Machamp or Lucario. They won't know what hit 'em!
Man, Cliff’s Pokémon can be tough. Generally, Electric or Grass types will zap through his Water-type Pokémon. Try using Pokémon like Raikou or Roserade.
Honestly, just spam your best Electric and Fighting types. Works every time. Good luck!
