Hands down, the best pickaxe in Terraria has gotta be the Luminite Pickaxes. These bad boys come in four flavors - Solar Flare, Vortex, Nebula, and Stardust - and they all share the top tier pickaxe power of 225. They can mine anything in the game faster than you can say 'moon lord'. Plus, they look ridiculously cool. To get your hands on one, you'll need to defeat the Moon Lord and get Luminite, then combine it with the corresponding fragments. It's totally worth the effort!

Honestly, I think it's all about what stage of the game you're in. Early on, the Reaver Shark is amazing since it can mine as well as the Molten Pickaxe but you can fish it out pretty early. Late game? Yeah, Luminite Pickaxes are king.

Luminite Pickaxes, no contest. Everything else is just playing catch-up.

If you're a Terraria player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
