Gotta say, the best Pokemon card is totally subjective. But, if we're talking about the card that broke the internet, it's the Pikachu Illustrator. Only a handful exist, making it a legend among collectors.

The 'best' Pokemon card could mean different things depending on if you're looking at gameplay value, collectibility, or personal nostalgia. For pure iconic status and value, the 1st Edition Shadowless Charizard is often considered the holy grail. In terms of gameplay, powerful cards like the Pikachu & Zekrom GX have made big splashes in competitive scenes. But hey, if you ask me, nothing beats the feeling of having your favorite Pokemon in card form, no matter their battle prowess.

IMO, it鈥檚 not about the 'best' card, but the one that brings back those good ol' memories of trading with friends. That said, Charizard is always a fan fave for a reason, right?

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
