Pokemon GO doesn't have separate Diamond or Pearl versions. You get access to all Pokémon, regardless of the game they originally came from.

In Pokemon GO, there’s no actual ‘Diamond’ or ‘Pearl’ version like in the classic games. You can catch Pokémon from both Sinnoh games.
