GX cards, hands down, are way cooler. They've got a special attack that totally changes the game. EX cards? Yeah, they're strong, but no cool GX move.

EX cards were the big deal before GX cards rolled into the scene. The major difference? EX cards introduce you to a world of powerful Pokemon that can be played immediately, but if they're knocked out, your opponent grabs two prize cards. Then, GX cards took it up a notch with even stronger Pokemon and a special GX move - a one-time, game-changing move that can only be used once per game. So, it's like going from a super-charged sports car (EX) to one with a nitro boost (GX), with the GX moves being the nitro!

EX cards are old news, GX is where it's at. But honestly, both will make your deck look dope.

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
