Hogwarts Legacy Deluxe is basically the base game with some fancy add-ons. Think of it as buying a car and then deciding to throw in a leather package and some custom rims. You get the same car, but it looks cooler and has a few extra bells and whistles. In the Deluxe version, those 'bells and whistles' include early game access and exclusive in-game items.
If you're a hardcore fan, Deluxe is the way to go. Early access was a game changer for me, felt like I had Hogwarts to myself before the crowds hit.
Not worth the extra $$ IMO. Base game gives you all the magic you need.
