The main difference is that the Xbox Series X has more powerful hardware and supports 4K gaming, while the Xbox Series S is less powerful and targets 1440p resolution. Also, the Series S is all-digital, meaning no disc drive!
Series X plays games in 4K; Series S is for 1440p gaming. Oh, and Series S is easier on your wallet!
With the Series X, you get a disc drive and more storage. The Series S? No disc drive and lower resolution, but much lighter on your budget!
