I'd say the Huge Hacked Cat is easier to get. Just grind for tech coins and open the Hacker Eggs.

The easiest huge pet to get is probably the Huge Hell Rock. You can get it from any egg during the summer event!

From my experience, the Huge Pixel Cat is pretty simple to get. Just keep hatching those Pixel Eggs, and you're bound to get one sooner or later.
