Honestly, just go to the Haunted Ship. Easiest and fastest way.
I found that grinding the mobs on the Haunted Ship is your best bet. Just keep slicing them up, and you'll have a bone collection in no time!
From my experience, the Haunted Ship mobs drop bones like it's Halloween every day. Spend a bit of time there, and you'll be swimming in bones!
