Lag. That's the biggest issue. You just can't have intense battles when everything feels like it's moving through molasses.
From my experience, the online mode just doesn't feel as smooth as local multiplayer. Local play is way more reliable and fun!
The biggest issue is probably the matchmaking system. It often pairs experienced players with beginners, making it super frustrating for newcomers.
A lot of players complain about the input delay when playing online. You press a button, but your character takes forever to respond.
