Best times for my posts are usually around 11 AM to 2 PM on weekdays. People often scroll during lunch breaks.

For me, evenings work wonders! From 7 PM to 9 PM, people are unwinding and browsing Insta before bed.
Honestly, there's no universal 'best time.' Test different times and see when your audience is most active.
You should try weekends too! Saturday mornings from 10 AM to 12 PM are a sweet spot.
