You can start adding friends in Animal Crossing once you upgrade from a tent to a house. After that, you'll need to head to the airport and talk to Orville to set up all your friend-visiting adventures. He'll guide you through the process of connecting with others. Just make sure your friends list on your Nintendo Switch is all set!

Honestly, just focus on enjoying the game at your own pace. Adding friends is cool and all, but there's so much to explore on your own island. Get to that friend stuff later!

After you get your house! But remember, both you and your friend gotta have a Nintendo Switch Online subscription to visit each other's islands. Happy visiting!

If you're an Animal Crossing player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
