You can add friends in Mario Kart Tour after reaching Level 2! Just tap on the menu, go to the Friends tab, and enter their player IDs. Happy racing!

Once ya hit Level 2, the friends feature unlocks. Go to the menu, tap Friends, and throw in their player ID. Zoom, zoom!
