Just go to Shippuden after Naruto Episode 135, but really, skipping the fillers is a win!
After Naruto Episode 135, you can jump straight to Shippuden without missing much. But if you can handle the filler, go to Episode 220 for a more complete experience.
Honestly, skip straight to Shippuden at Episode 135. The fillers aren't worth it.
