Shark season in Animal Crossing is a big deal cause that's when you can bag some real beauties like the Great White or Hammerhead! If you're playing in the Northern Hemisphere, sharks will start making their grand entrance in your waters from June to September. Time to whip out that fishing rod at 4 PM to 9 AM cause that's when they love to swim around. For Southern Hemisphere folks, December to March is your shark window. Remember, these finned friends only appear in the sea, so make sure you're casting your line in the right place!

Just a heads up, if you're looking to fill your museum or make some serious Bells, sharks are where it's at. Caught me a whale shark last June and let's just say, Tom Nook was pretty impressed with my mortgage payments after that.

Honestly, sharks aren't even that great. There's way cooler fish to catch year-round.

If you're an Animal Crossing player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
