Just hit level 30 and complete the Capitol Building Stronghold鈥攖hen you can pick a Specialization!
You don't actually choose a class until you've completed the main campaign and hit level 30.
Once you finish the main storyline and reach Level 30, you can start picking your Specialization.
After you complete the main missions and hit level 30, you can choose a specialization to enhance your playstyle.
