You can crew a vehicle in Magic The Gathering at almost any time you have priority, but the most common time to do it is during one of your main phases when the stack is empty. This is because most players aim to get their vehicles ready before launching attacks during their combat phase. Remember, you can't crew a vehicle when it's already an attacking or blocking creature, since it turns into a creature only after you've declared attackers or blockers.

Only during your main phase, and only if you're not doing anything else. Keep it simple!

You can technically crew any time you could cast an instant, so surprise your opponent by crewing up right before the combat phase or in response to an action they didn't see coming. Turns out, strategic timing can make your vehicles way more menacing!

If you're an MTG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of MTG cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
