Attack on Titan became popular pretty much as soon as it debuted in 2013. The intense action and mind-blowing plot twists had everyone hooked!

I'd say right around its initial release in April 2013. People love a good mix of action and deep plot twists, and AoT delivered.

Hot take: It wasn't until Season 2 in 2017 that Attack on Titan truly hit its stride and gained massive traction.

I remember watching it back in 2013, and even then, every anime forum and social media feed was buzzing about it. Instant sensation!

If you're a Attack on Titan fan, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Crunchyroll gift card, which you can win and use to stream anything you want essentially for free!

In case you're wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying ads) and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
