2015. Specifically, April 14. No need for a time machine, just a decent PC and you're all set to dive into Los Santos.
Definitely 2015. Took them long enough after the console release, but the PC version got extra polish and the Video Editor feature. Was it worth the wait? That's a debate for another day.
GTA 5 rolled out for PC gamers on April 14, 2015, bringing all its heist-filled glory to the master race. Better late than never, right?
