The bombs dropped on October 23, 2077, in Fallout 4. Pretty specific date for the end of the world, huh? Makes you wonder if they had any Halloween parties planned that never happened.

Nah, the exact date isn't important. Just know it's a bad, bad day for humanity.

Can confirm, it's October 23, 2077. Was playing yesterday and the intro still gives me chills. The whole starting sequence sets the tone for the entire game. Very immersive!

October 23, 2077. That's D-Day for the Fallout universe. Mark it on your calendar, maybe throw a post-apocalyptic party every year in remembrance.

If you're a Fallout 4 player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
