Pokemon cards typically go out of print when they are no longer included in the current sets for organized play and tournaments. It's like The Pokemon Company decides it's time for them to retire and make room for new ones. Keep an eye on official announcements or the latest set releases to see which ones are getting the boot!

I've seen cards go out of print when they're a few years old, usually. But remember, 'out of print' doesn't mean 'out of value' - some of those cards become even more sought after!

They don't really 'go out of print.' They just become vintage and more valuable. ?

Basically when the new sets roll in, expect the older ones to start saying their goodbyes. It's a cycle - new Pokemon adventures mean some old cards gotta make an exit!

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
