Actually, sharks are around all year if you count the different types showing up in different seasons. But yeah, the bulk of them come out in summer.

Sharks? They're summer exclusives! Fish them out June-Sept in the Northern Hemisphere and Dec-Mar in the Southern Hemisphere. Perfect time to land a big one!

Sharks in Animal Crossing make their grand appearance during the summer months! If you're in the Northern Hemisphere, that's June through September. Southern Hemisphere players can expect these finned friends from December through March. So, grab your fishing rod and get ready for some shark action during these months!

If you're an Animal Crossing player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
