Just check around major holidays and you're bound to hit a Steam sale. Summer and Winter sales are the big ones, but there's also sales around Halloween, Black Friday, and Lunar New Year.

Steam sales are like little gifts from the gaming gods, happening throughout the year but majorly spotted during summer and winter. So, the biggest and most awaited ones are the Summer Sale in late June to early July and the Winter Sale around the end of December. There are also Spring and Autumn sales, and don't forget the random Weekend or Midweek Madness sales that pop up when you least expect!

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
