You snag ballistic weave after you've done a few missions for the Railroad. First up, you gotta complete 'Road to Freedom' to find them. Then, help out with 'Tradecraft' and a few DIA cache missions from P.A.M. After that, Tinker Tom will enlighten you about the wonders of ballistic weave. So, gotta buddy up with the Railroad and show some patience!

Honestly, everyone raves about ballistic weave, but I found Power Armor to be way more useful in the long run. Just focus on getting a good set of that and you're golden.

Got ballistic weave on my second playthrough. Had to follow the Railroad quests for a bit. Totally changes the game when you can beef up your clothes like that!

If you're a Fallout 4 player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
