Eevee evolves when exposed to certain items or under specific conditions. Use a Water Stone for Vaporeon, Thunder Stone for Jolteon, Fire Stone for Flareon, and level up with high happiness during the day for Espeon or at night for Umbreon. For Leafeon and Glaceon, level up near a Moss Rock or Ice Rock, respectively. Sylveon requires high friendship and a Fairy-type move.

Eevee evolves based on items or circumstances: Water Stone for Vaporeon, Fire Stone for Flareon, and so on. Check specific game rules!

Level up Eevee during specific times or with particular items. Simple as that.

I had an Eevee evolve into a Sylveon after I made sure it knew a Fairy-type move and had maxed friendship!
