Hunter x Hunter technically doesn't have an end yet! The manga is ongoing, but it has frequent, long hiatuses. The 2011 anime series ends at episode 148 with the storyline wrapping up in the 'Election Arc.'

Good news and bad news: the anime ends with episode 148, but the manga just keeps going (sometimes). So, technically, it doesn't end鈥攋ust takes really long breaks!

The 2011 anime ends at episode 148, covering the 'Election Arc.' The manga? Still ongoing, but super slow updates.

As a long-time fan, trust me, the anime stops at episode 148, but the manga is still running... kinda. Togashi likes to take breaks!
