To keep it simple, most of Pikachu's moves are learned through leveling up or TMs/HMs. So just level it up and teach it moves with items!
From my experience, make sure to level up your Pikachu regularly and check its move list often. It learns awesome moves as it grows!
Hot take: Just evolve that Pikachu into a Raichu with a Thunder Stone and you'll get different moves altogether!
