Keep an eye out for it starting around the 17th, but Valve keeps the exact date close to their chest until pretty close to kickoff. Honestly, who knows? Valve is super secretive, but historically, it's been around mid-December. Don't stress the start date too much, though. The deals last a good chunk of time, so you won't miss out!
