The Mystery Man, or the Mysterious Stranger as he's more commonly known, pops up randomly in your vault. There's no set time for when he'll show up, but you'll hear a piano chord sound when he does. The key is to find him quickly and tap on him for some bonus caps. Keep your sound on and stay vigilant!
