The snow in GTA Online usually makes its exit after the New Year celebrations, so you can expect it to disappear in the first week of January. Remember, it's Los Santos' way of letting you enjoy a white Christmas without the need to shovel your driveway!

Usually vanishes by the second week of January, sometimes earlier. It's like one day you're throwing snowballs, next thing you know, poof, back to sun-soaked streets.
