Honestly, it's kinda random. But best bet is early mornings, right after they've done their restocking overnight. Don't expect a set schedule though, 'cause each Walmart operates a bit differently.
Tuesdays and Thursdays are your best shot, from my experience. Those are the days I've had the most luck finding the latest Hot Wheels drops at my local Walmart.
Just ask the employees, they'll know. And if they like you, they might even tip you off about upcoming restocks.
