I find that posting between 6-9 pm gets the most engagement since folks are winding down for the day and checking their phones!
Honestly, weekends in the afternoons tend to be golden hours for me. Folks have more free time to engage.
Weekdays around lunchtime (11 am - 1 pm) work well because people are taking breaks and scrolling through their feeds.
