Typically, Steam's Christmas sale, also known as the Winter Sale, kicks off a few days before Christmas and runs into the first week of January. Keep an eye out around December 22nd to 24th for it to start!

Honestly, just check after December 20th. Steam likes to surprise us, but it's usually around then.

Steam hasn't officially confirmed this year's dates yet, but if history repeats, we're looking at a start date around December 22nd. Pro tip: Wishlist your favorites now to get notifications when the prices drop!

Late December, early January kinda thing. Don't stress, Steam will plaster it everywhere once it's live.

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
