Updates take time! The devs will announce it when it's ready, just stay tuned on their social media.
I've been playing Blox Fruits for a while now. Updates usually roll out every 3-4 months. Best to keep an eye on their official announcements for a more accurate date.
The devs haven't announced an exact date for Update 20 yet, but they're usually pretty good about keeping players in the loop on Twitter and Discord. Keep an eye out there!
