Purify a Pokemon if you want it to be stronger and have higher CP. Otherwise, keep it shadow for that extra damage boost in battles!

I've purified a few of my Pokemon when I needed them for Great League battles since their CP becomes easier to manage. Worth it for me!

Never purify! Shadow Pokemon look cooler and have increased attack power. Purely my opinion though!
