Don't worry too much; I've been reported before and just got a warning. Unless you're really breaking the rules, you'll likely just get a slap on the wrist.
Instagram investigates the report, and if they determine there's a problem, you could get a content takedown or even an account suspension.
To be honest, not much happens unless you're doing something seriously wrong. Chill out!
