Only bother getting a Pokemon card graded if you're sure it's rare or super valuable. Paying for grading a bunch of common cards isn't worth it. Check the market first!

Get your Pokemon card graded when you think it's in mint or near-mint condition and could be valuable. Cards from first editions, rare holofoils, or those with sentimental value are prime candidates. Grading can enhance their value, especially if you're considering selling or want to ensure they're preserved at their current state.

Honestly, grade it if you love it. Not every card has to be a rare gem to be worth grading. If it means something to you, that's reason enough.

Had a base set Charizard graded last year, and it was totally worth it. The card wasn't just valuable money-wise; it was a childhood treasure. If you've got something like that, definitely get it graded.

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
