Just a quick hot take: don’t bother timing the market perfectly in GTA 5. Buy Redwood after the Hotel Assassination mission and then forget about it for a bit. The stock will go up eventually, and you'll rake in the cash!

Oh, the classic stock market play in GTA 5! You'll want to invest in Redwood (RWC) right after you complete the mission 'The Hotel Assassination'. This is where you're tasked with offing a target for Lester, which causes Betta Pharmaceuticals stocks to soar and Redwood's to plummet. Wait for Redwood’s stock to hit the bottom, then buy it up cheap! Give it some time, and you’ll see it rebound stronger, making you a nice profit. Patience is key here!

Based on my play-through, invest in Redwood right after the Hotel mission. Waited a week in-game and my investment tripled! Easy money!

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
