Honestly, the movies aren't canon, so you can watch them any time. Personally, I watch 'em when I need a break from the main plot.

Hot take: Skip the movies altogether. Stick with the episodes; that's where the real magic happens!

As a die-hard fan, I'd say to watch the movies in release order between the filler arcs. Helps keep things fresh and you won't miss any action!

I watched the movies after I finished the series. It was great to see more Naruto adventures without worrying about spoilers!

To avoid spoilers and get the most out of the story, watch the Shippuden movies after the corresponding episodes: 1st movie after ep 32, 2nd after ep 71, and 3rd after ep 121. For the rest, just follow the release dates!

If you're a Naruto Shippuden fan, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Crunchyroll gift card, which you can win and use to stream anything you want essentially for free!

In case you're wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying ads) and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
