Sorry to break it to you, but The Amazing Spider-Man 3 isn't happening. Marvel's got Spider-Man wrapped up in their universe now.
It won't be coming out. They scrapped it so they could bring Spidey into the Marvel Cinematic Universe. I miss Andrew Garfield though!
