They are pretty consistent with updates! I'd guess within the next few months based on past releases.
Nordcurrent hasn't announced an exact date, but they typically release new restaurants a few times a year. Stay tuned!
From my experience, new restaurants usually drop every 3-4 months. Just keep playing and you'll see it eventually!
