Don't hold your breath! Dragon Ball probably won't be on Netflix anytime soon. Try Crunchyroll instead.
I binged Dragon Ball Super on Crunchyroll, and it's awesome. No idea when Netflix will get it, though.
I wish I had good news, but Dragon Ball isn't on Netflix yet. Your best bet would be Crunchyroll or maybe Hulu.
