GTA San Andreas has been free occasionally through various promos, like that time Rockstar gave it away for downloading their game launcher. Keep an eye on holiday sales, special promotions, or events from Rockstar Games. You never know when they might decide to drop it for free again!

Honestly, don't count on GTA San Andreas being free anytime soon again. Rockstar rarely gives games away for free and when they do, it's a big deal. Best bet is to catch it on sale instead.

I snagged GTA San Andreas for free during a Rockstar promotion. Best surprise ever! Tip: Stay tuned to Rockstar's official channels or gamer forums. That's where you'll likely hear about any potential freebies first.

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
