They haven't said yet, but based on my experience with Early Access titles, don't hold your breath for it to be super soon. Developers like to take their time to polish things up, especially with a coop survival horror like this. The waiting game is part of the fun... kinda.
So, Lethal Company dropped into Early Access on Oct 23, 2023, but the devs haven't given a specific date for the full release yet. Given how these things usually go, they're probably waiting to squash all the bugs and get enough feedback. Keep an eye on their Steam page or official socials for any announcements!
