Honestly, Netflix takes its sweet time with anime releases. You're better off using Crunchyroll or Funimation for the newest Attack on Titan content.
From my experience, it could be months after the season ends before Netflix gets it. Check other streaming sites for quicker access.
Netflix typically adds new seasons of Attack on Titan after they've aired completely and the licensing agreements are sorted out. If you're impatient, Crunchyroll or Funimation might be better bets for up-to-date episodes!
