Red Flower spawns during the day near the village area in the Second Sea. Blue Flower likes to hide at night in the graveyard. For the Yellow Flower, defeat NPCs on the Green Zone island until one drops!

You can find the Red Flower during the daytime at the middle island in the Second Sea. The Blue Flower appears at night in the graveyard area on the same island. The Yellow Flower drops from NPCs on the Green Zone island. Happy hunting!
Red flower at middle island by day. Blue flower at graveyard by night. NPCs drop yellow flower on Green Zone. Simple as that.
I've found the Red Flower in the middle island at daytime and the Blue Flower in the graveyard at night. You gotta beat up some NPCs on Green Zone for the Yellow Flower!
